This website is operated by The Ashworth Group, a licensed real estate professional affiliated with Ashworth & Vale Estates. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you submit a form — an inquiry, a valuation request, a request for private listings or a newsletter sign-up — we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, telephone number, property address and message. We use them only to respond to you and to provide the real estate services you ask about.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we receive standard technical information (pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type). We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We record the page and campaign that brought you to the site alongside any inquiry, so we know which content is useful. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not recording that attribution.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with Ashworth & Vale Estates, with service providers who help us operate the site and manage client relationships (such as our form host and customer relationship management system), and where required by law. Property search on this site is provided by a third-party IDX provider, which may collect information under its own policy when you use its search or create an account.

Your choices

Security and retention
